Testing the Tools: Week 11-12 of the Experiment
I'm going open book this fortnight on the experiments I'll be using to shake off a sticky belief in my business
I’m going to mix things up this week.
Because whilst it’s helpful to check in regularly on the same markers and KPIs to see how I’m doing, I want to go deeper into my experimenting process and lift the lid on how I use this process to rewire my brain for more bold moves and success.
I promise I’m not doing this to divert attention from my ‘lack’ of results! It’s because I love to use this space to hold myself accountable to making shifts and take you on the journey too.
So this week I want to try something different and show you exactly what I do to shift my beliefs.
(I will also be sharing more about this Test & Observe experiment method in a free Substack article going out on Monday, so keep your eyes peeled for that. But this one is for you, the Self-Belief Business Experiment subscribers - because you get the real juice and honesty from me behind the scenes!).

They’re often from people I like and chat with, but this particular type of post?
It makes me cringe.
So I wanted to explore over the next couple of weeks why that is, what the belief behind me feeling repelled by this sort of content is, and what new belief I could replace it with to be at peace with seeing posts like this and, maybe just maybe, post similar type posts myself.
What are the posts I’m referring to? I hear you cry.
